A lot has changed since we first started building websites back in 2009, websites are expected to do much more than they used to. While the websites we create have become more complex our approach remains beautifully simple.

We take the time to understand your audience and business goals. Then we hand-craft a unique website that is optimised to connect with that audience and support your goals. We never rush out a project, believing that a polished end product takes time and attention.

Here’s how we do it

1: Research & Discovery

Following on from initial meetings, ideally in person. We will work closely with you to fully understand your requirements. We will ask a lot of questions and together we will define and agree on the goals of the project. We will identify your target market. We will also carry out competitor reviews and get to know any third party systems we may be required to integrate with.

2: Planning & Design

We gather all of the information together and start brainstorming ideas. We then begin planning the website structure considering information architecture and user experience. Once we are happy that a robust framework is in place we render high fidelity designs and present these for your approval.

3: Development, Testing & Launch

Once we are all agreed that the design we have produced completely satisfies the original brief we develop this into a fully working website. This is then optimised for all mobile platforms and browsers to ensure a consistent user experience. Before it is signed off for launch we seek out any bugs and eliminate them.

Once you’re ready we hit the button and you have a shiny new website to show to the world. Once the site is live we begin our support services to ensure that the site continues to function just as it should.
